Key Account Executive/Manager

We are representing our client in the FMCG industry to hire for a Key Account Executive/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead e-commerce strategy and direction.
- Manage key accounts to meet business goals.
- Develop and implement account plans.
- Execute strategies to achieve KPIs and objectives.
- Oversee budget and optimize ROI.
- Set and manage sales, profit, and A&P targets.
- Adapt strategies to market trends and customer needs.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of FMCG sales experience, with e-commerce exposure preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Able to analyze data and translate into solutions.
- Collaborative, goal-driven, and organized.
