Roles & Responsibilities

We are representing our client in the FMCG industry to hire for a Key Account Executive/Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans.
  • Lead a team to achieve business targets and KPIs.
  • Formulate Joint Business Plans (JBP) based on account insights.
  • Manage budgets and maximize ROI through strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost product visibility and promotions.
  • Achieve annual sales and profit goals while managing A&P expenses.
  • Adapt strategies to meet market and consumer trends.
  • Build strong client relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong attention to detail, research, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
