We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appian Architect to fill a key role in our organization.

As an Appian Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Appian solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your expertise will pave the way for successful Appian application development, providing key insights and technical guidance to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases.">
  • Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize Appian solutions for improved speed and efficiency.">
  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with the latest Appian features and advancements.">
  • Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.">
">Qualifications and Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture.

A deep knowledge of Appian components including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies, delivering high-quality solutions within established timeframes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of innovation.

Appian Level 3 certification or higher is highly preferred.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
