Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing advanced technical solutions, with expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS, Azure Data Platform, and Power BI.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex data projects, working closely with customers to understand functional and business requirements.
  • Develop new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablement.
  • Provide project quality assurance and technical oversight.
  • Research and evaluate client systems and architecture, drawing conclusions and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives.
  • Act as a team lead on large engagements, taking ownership of the project outcome and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutions.
  • Previous consulting/professional services experience, including pre-sales.
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners (e.g. Microsoft) to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts clearly.
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, combined with sound judgement.
  • Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives.
  • Ability to write quality high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation.
