Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex software solutions and guiding cross-functional teams in their technical endeavors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our organization. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also ensure that the solutions you configure and customize are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills and experience working with Salesforce platform implementation. A minimum of 5 years of experience in this field is required, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect or equivalent leadership role.

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across various clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, integration specialists, and external vendors.
  • Experience driving architecture decisions, reviewing technical design documents, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce and enterprise development standards.
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including multi-organizational strategy, metadata management, data modeling, and object relationships.
