Job Title: On-Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all architectural works are conducted in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Review and check drawings, specifications, and site progress to identify discrepancies and provide feedback to consultants/employers.
  • Collaborate with the resident architect/engineer in supervising works and coordinating with other consultants' site staff.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, quality control, and inspect materials/workmanship as required.
  • Verify contractors' method statements and working procedures to ensure compliance with approved methods.
  • Maintain and submit daily site records, including instructions given to contractors, materials delivered, and weather conditions.
  • Attend site coordination meetings as directed and prepare defects snagging lists for rectification works.
  • Guarantee all contractor's works are in statutory compliance and provide full-time supervision of architectural works in large building projects.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of site experience in supervising various developments.
  • Prior experience in precast construction and architectural finishes is advantageous.
  • Able to work overtime when required by schedule.
  • Candidates with healthcare experience will be considered beneficial.
