Job Description

As a front desk professional, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and checking in guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Serving refreshments to our guests and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of our showroom areas to ensure a pleasant experience for our visitors.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements for this role include prior experience in a customer service or front desk position, a minimum 'O' level education, and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
