Job Title: Senior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent culinary skills, including knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation styles. Additionally, you should have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
