Culinary Support Role
Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the kitchen operations in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth preparation and presentation of our dishes.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the executive chef and team in preparing for all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Coordinate communication between team members, executive chef, and senior staff.
- Establish grooming standards that meet company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in menu development, recipe card creation, and plating guides.
- Oversee food production, ensuring quality and sanitation standards are met.
- Monitor production to ensure compliance with recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in and around culinary work areas.
- Educate colleagues on equipment use and safety procedures.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and take pride in one's work.
Requirements:
- Comply with and enforce hygiene policies daily.
- Report to work on time and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Provide excellent service and quality products to guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
