Job Title: Senior Culinary Team Member

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our culinary team as a Senior Culinary Team Member. You will be responsible for leading and managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily operations within your designated section of the kitchen
  • Ensure that all food prepared is of the highest standard in terms of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Supervise and coordinate activities within your section, including ordering and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
