Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
  • Preparation of mis en place sheets for briefing as per instructions from senior chefs.
  • Minimization of food wastage.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior staff.
  • Compliance with Staff Code of Conduct at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • No minimum certification required.
  • Experience with kitchen equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices and health and safety procedures.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Punctual and well-disciplined.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
