Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide after-sales service support and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, taking corrective actions, and preparing service reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
  • Provide on-site technical support and assistance
  • Prepare detailed service reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High Level of problem-solving and adaptability

We require a minimum 2 years of related work experience in the scientific industry. A valid driving license and personal vehicle is also preferred.
