IT Support Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for an IT professional to become part of a global IT Service Desk team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support and be the first point of contact for all IT needs. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of IT hardware and software, including Microsoft Office 365 products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-line Support: Handle all incoming IT support requests promptly and professionally.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide remote and on-site technical support for software and hardware.
  • Case Management: Use the IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow) to log, track, and escalate issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Own tasks through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction with every resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of IT help desk support experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
