Job Description">

As a qualified Metrology & Periodic Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for managing periodic qualification (calibrations) of instruments for facilities, utilities, and process equipment. You will oversee the maintenance of site electrical systems, including high and low voltage distribution, lighting, power, earthing, lightning, and ELV systems.

The role involves serving as system owner for paperless calibration; managing setup of instrument calibration systems. Troubleshooting instruments and communication interface issues with automation systems is also part of the job.

You will devise device tolerances and calibration frequencies based on process requirements. Act as SME during inspections and audits for calibration and metrology programs. Develop, review, and revise SOPs to ensure compliance of instruments and systems.

Ensure training for instrumentation technicians meets requirements. Manage instrumentation and electrical spares inventory.

  6. Review construction drawings such as instrument loop diagrams based on project specs.">
">About You">

We are looking for a Bachelor's degree holder in Instrumentation & Controls or Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of E&I management experience. Experience in biopharmaceuticals or API industries is a must.

Knowledge of commissioning smart sensors and communication protocols like Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, HART, Profibus is required. Experience managing electrical systems maintenance and interpreting electrical/control diagrams is also necessary.

Strong technical writing skills, including SOP drafting, are essential. Deviations management and OT-IT knowledge are advantageous.

Hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical/API engineering services and understanding of CGMPs and regulatory market requirements are desirable.
