Expert Semiconductor Metrology Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Scientist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with our key customers in the semiconductor wafer fabrication industry to create innovative metrology solutions for complex materials and semiconductor device structures.

About the Job
  • You will be part of a highly collaborative and motivated applications team based in Singapore.
  • Travel internationally (up to 60% of your time) to collaborate with colleagues and customers, as well as gain valuable knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative metrology solutions for complex materials and semiconductor device structures such as Thin Film modeling, Optical Critical Dimension modeling, and Machine Learning solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in semiconductor metrology and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate metrology solutions into manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • PhD in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Devices, Optics, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Fresh PhD graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical knowledge/experiences: semiconductor wafer fabrication process, device process/physics, optical simulations, software modeling, statistics, data analysis, programming skills (e.g., Python).
