Description:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Packaging Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our packaging group, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing advanced packaging processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and optimize unit processes for advance packaging related backgrind and plating process">
  • Troubleshoot process and tool issues">
  • Assist in tooling start-up and installing processes into manufacturing">
  • Owning processes and tools in manufacturing">
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to develop advanced packaging backgrind and plating processes">
  • Tool setup, qualification, and tool matching">
  • Improve process robustness for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools and data driven decision making">
  • Use lean manufacturing and six sigma processes">
  • To work closely with equipment team to improve equipment productivity indices">
  • Sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements">
  • Candidates must possess relevant working experience in backgrind and TSV fill plating process or equipment">
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline
