We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to support our operations in Singapore. This role will provide on-the-ground HR advice and support to line managers and employees, ensuring adherence to HR policies, local employment regulations, and global processes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will coordinate and support the implementation of key HR processes and annual cycles such as Performance Management, Reward Review & Salary Planning, Absence Management, Role Grading & Benchmarking, Engagement Surveys, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Initiatives.

This role will also work closely with People Partners, Case Specialists, and Global Business Services to enable seamless HR service delivery, maintaining accurate HR records and employee data.

In addition, the HR Generalist will raise and manage employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and act as a voice for employee advocacy, partnering with the ER team to ensure fair resolution of issues and effective workplace practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist or advisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations, audits, and provide strategic day-to-day HR support.
