Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior/Patient Service Associate, Admissions at KK WOMEN'S AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. As an ambassador of the hospital, you will provide exceptional front-line services to our patients for admission, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the registration of patients and maintain accurate records in the patients' system database
• Perform general administrative duties, including handling patient enquiries and scheduling appointments
• Collect deposits and payments from patients and provide pre-admission financial counselling
• Requirements:
  • Candidates with Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC/O levels are welcome to apply
  • Experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of hospital operation is preferred
  • Proficient in IT data/information system, with knowledge in SAP system an added advantage
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service oriented and patient focused
  • Candidate is required to commit minimum 20 working hours per week
Essential Skills

• Able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Team player with excellent customer service skills
• Scheduling and appointment scheduling experience
