Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our student care centre.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services to students.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating the activities of the centre, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with teachers to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Counseling students with behavioral or disciplinary issues, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or higher in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a student care setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
