Early Childhood Education Director

Job Description:

The Early Childhood Education Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a childcare centre.

This role involves ensuring alignment with industry regulations and standard operating procedures, as well as upholding high standards in health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices across the centre.

  • Implement effective classroom management practices beyond the centre level.
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions to support staff in overcoming operational challenges.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of initiatives aimed at enhancing the learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting, including infant care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Strong leadership qualities with a passion for equipping young lives are required to excel in this position.
