Lead School Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a passionate educator to drive evidence-based school improvement across our schools.

The successful candidate will establish, embed, and strengthen a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust by leading best-practice school improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders to ensure continuous improvement priorities and projects, and delivering the Cognita Assurance Framework.

We value high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills in our educational partners who can navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity with confidence.

  • Able to communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Self-directed, responsive, and discreet in their approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement school improvement strategies
