**Job Summary**

This leadership role entails driving the success of educational centres. The focus is on increasing enrollments and delivering exceptional experiences for parents and students.

  • Sales & Enrolment Strategies: Lead and manage all enrolment activities, including parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Building: Be the main point of contact for all parent communication and engagement, build strong relationships with parents and students, foster a professional culture within the centre, and drive parent testimonials.
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise and support staff to uphold service standards, conduct regular performance reviews, and guide staff through problem-solving and operations.
  • Centre Operations & Programme Quality: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth class execution, uphold programme quality in line with educational standards, and maintain teaching spaces, student safety, and learning materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in business management or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in education or enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Key Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
