Operations Trainee Technician

This is a challenging role for an ambitious individual who wants to develop their skills and knowledge in the operations department.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in terminal operations, safety procedures and customer service.

  1. You will be responsible for carrying out daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedure.
  2. Ensure that all incident cases are managed and acted upon immediately.
  3. Familiar with terminal equipment and assets, including fire-fighting and emergency procedures.
  4. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Must be familiar with terminal operations work and technically sound.

Required Skills:

  • Entry level
  • ITE or Vocational education or Diploma equivalent
  • Familiarity with terminal operating system in control room, tank farm and jetties
  • Knowledge of safety, health and environment regulatory requirements
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
