Job Title: Learning & Competency Partner
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for a large and diverse employee base.
- Lead end-to-end learning needs analysis, from gap identification to planning, training solutions, rollout, and execution.
- Work closely with business leaders to co-develop learning plans and training strategies that address capability gaps.
- Design and manage curriculum programmes, including learning pathways and structured frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver tailored training solutions.
- Implement governance structures to support competency development.
- Drive flagship initiatives and learning events that anchor a strong learning culture.
- Review programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- HR or ICT degree, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in learning & development.
- Hands-on experience in curriculum or programme design/management and vendor management.
- Proven track record in full cycle learning needs analysis (training and competency gap analysis).
- Strong learning partnering skills, able to collaborate and influence business stakeholders effectively.
- Growth mindset, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
