Global Leader Collections Strategy

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a strategic growth pillar from the ground up. We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to architect and scale our global Collections Infrastructure, with a primary focus on Asia.
As a seasoned payments professional, you will lead the end-to-end buildout of our collections capabilities—designing scalable, compliant, and merchant-centric solutions that complement our core payouts business. You will drive the roadmap for building a resilient cross-border collections network across Asia and other priority markets.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years focused on collections infrastructure across Asia.
- Strong commercial instincts and a robust network across PSPs, acquiring banks, and infrastructure providers.
- Demonstrated ability to launch new products or business lines in startup or high-growth environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams.
