Building Global Collections Infrastructure

This role involves leading the development and scaling of global collections infrastructure, focusing on Asia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cross-border collections, strong commercial instincts, and a robust network across PSPs, acquiring banks, and infrastructure providers.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategy & Market Expansion
- Partner Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Product & Capability Building
- Merchant-Centric Solutions
- Internal Enablement
- A minimum of 10-12 years' experience in payments, with at least 5 years focused on collections infrastructure across Asia.
- The ability to launch new products or business lines in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong grasp of merchant liquidity models, float management, and regulatory frameworks for cross-border collections.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams.
- A strategic leadership role with ownership of a high-growth business vertical.
- Autonomy to shape product, partnerships, and market strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Exposure to emerging markets and evolving regulatory landscapes.
