Job Opportunity: Clinical Educator for Nursing Staff

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our team in training and educating nursing staff and students in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to establish a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preceptorship schemes to enhance clinical support for new staff
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training courses
  • Work closely with nurse managers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement nursing standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in nursing
  • Preferably specialist diploma in clinical education
  • At least 6 years of experience in clinical care
  • Must be registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
