About the Role:
This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of day-to-day HR functions, specifically on payroll scope and responsibilities include end-to-end processing of payroll, calculation of wages and taxes, liaising with external vendors to ensure payroll information is accurate, reconciling payroll reports as well as participating in payroll system implementation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll data and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure accurate payroll information.
- Reconcile payroll reports and identify discrepancies.
- Participate in the implementation of new payroll systems.
- Perform recruitment functions including coordination of interviews and preparation of offer letters.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in HR/Business Studies or equivalent.
- 5 years of related experience in payroll management.
- Detailed-oriented and strong numerical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
Our client offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
