Job Overview
Talent & learning development executive plays a pivotal role in the Global Talent Programme, focusing on attracting top candidates from overseas universities. This encompasses end-to-end implementation, including outreach, candidate interviews, selection, onboarding, and monitoring of candidates' progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Propose and implement a learning analytics dashboard to track key talent & learning KPIs using Excel or Access with visualization
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance mentor-mentee engagements for existing mentoring programs and monitor their progress
- Assist in engagement activities involving Hi-pos and scholars with Senior management
- Support professional studies sponsorship nominations and applications
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Experience in Talent Management and/or L&D is advantageous but not necessary
- Ability to work as a team player and be proactive
- Meticulous and organized individual
- Confident communication skills across all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Office/Access/Power Point skills
