Facilities Management Lead

This role involves overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a facility.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • They will also be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and attending to user requests in a timely manner.
  • The Facilities Management Lead will work closely with subcontractors to ensure their performance meets the required service standards.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing quotations and reports submitted by subcontractors, establishing work processes and SOPs, hosting monthly meetings with clients/users, and managing customer service matters.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in facilities management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechatronic engineering, building services, or relevant fields. They should also have experience in integrated facilities management with a deep understanding of critical environments.
