Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial management and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in emerging markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and refine financial models to assess the commercial viability of projects.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial projections for presentation to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the EaaS business model.
  • Experience in emerging markets.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
