The successful candidate will drive sustainable revenue growth and market leadership by unifying sales, product, and marketing efforts.

  • Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy to accelerate revenue expansion and explore new opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
  • Identify high-value customer segments and refine go-to-market strategies to position LGA Telecom as a leader in ICT solutions.
  • Ensure strong commercial governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Optimize the B2B sales process to maximize win rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team, fostering accountability, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
  • Oversee the product roadmap to ensure bundled service-hardware solutions meet evolving SME and enterprise demands.
  • Champion voice-of-customer insights to refine offerings and improve service design.

Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years in B2B commercial leadership, preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology solutions.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue, expanding markets, and leading high-growth sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in sales process optimization, product-market fit, and strategic marketing.
