Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account/Product Managers to qualify opportunities by providing presales technical support
  • Deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on products and solutions
  • Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
  • Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC)
  • Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions when requested
Requirements
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of vendor products and general networking technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and handle a high volume of requests
