Senior Sales Engineer (Pre-sales) - Singapore

Rubrik is in search of a Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead the regional sales team, providing both technical acumen and strategic direction. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with achieving revenue targets by implementing cutting-edge technical initiatives and overseeing daily account management. Your primary focus will be on advocating, positioning, and architecting the leading hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform tailored for diverse customer segments in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical leadership and support to clients and internal teams in crafting integrated technology solutions
- Contribute to the analysis, design, and development of innovative technology solutions
- Exhibit proficiency in Rubrik's offerings, distributed systems, and competitive storage solutions
- Serve as a consultant to devise and propose solutions that align with client needs
- Deliver compelling technical and sales presentations to customer technical teams and executive management
- Foster relationships with account teams, partners, and clients to drive sales objectives
- Lead technical sales discussions and assess sales opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering with large enterprise clients
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to resolving challenges
- Comprehensive technical expertise in cloud data management, backup, and disaster recovery
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a readiness to exceed expectations
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and engage with C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory

- Familiarity with the Partner and Client ecosystem
