Job Overview

About the Role
This role involves developing strong relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts, coordinating company resources to meet account performance objectives, and achieving targets for profitable sales volume. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs, leading solution development efforts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings. You will also maintain a thorough knowledge of silicone rubber, plastic injection, and metal precision components for non-functional parts, as well as extensive networks with high-level commodity/sourcing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts
• Coordinate involvement from company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and satisfy customer expectations
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts
• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer requirements, coordinating necessary company personnel involvement
• Achieve the assigned sales quota within designated accounts
• Meet expectations for profitability
• Fulfill customer objectives as defined by company management
• Complete customer account plans to company standards
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company's objectives

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum degree holder in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role. They should also possess extensive network and strong relationships with high-level commodity/sourcing decision-makers, as well as proven resourcefulness in identifying market opportunities. A results-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving targets, willing to travel internationally, would be an asset to our team.
