Early Childhood Education Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our early childhood literacy program. As a Preschool Reading and Writing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing the literacy programme for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging and effective literacy programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Prepare and utilise age-appropriate teaching aids and materials to support student learning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and skilled educator who possesses excellent communication, classroom management, and leadership skills. You should have a diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as a minimum of one year's experience working with children aged 3-7 years old. You should also be energetic, creative, and inspiring with dynamic lesson delivery skills.
