About the Role

This position involves assisting lead teachers in providing routine care and ensuring a safe environment for the children. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging social and emotional development, and promoting learning through play-based activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist lead teachers in daily routines and responsibilities
  • Support the development of children's physical, emotional, and cognitive skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Requirements
  • Minimum Fundamental Cert or equivalent Early Childhood Education certificates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed
