As an Early Childhood Education Professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children. Your responsibility will be to design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the needs of each child.

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing programs for your assigned class. This includes preparing age-appropriate teaching aids, evaluating and maintaining records of children's development, and providing basic first aid when necessary.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, prepare art and craft materials, and use positive discipline techniques to ensure a safe and nurturing space for all children.

In addition, you will work closely with the entire team to plan, share ideas, and exchange feedback on a regular basis. This collaborative approach will help you stay up-to-date on the latest developments in early childhood education and ensure that our programs remain innovative and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and classroom management skills. You should also be familiar with all relevant working curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals.
