Lead a Preschool to Success

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our preschool. As Preschool Principal, you will oversee the teaching and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage preschool operations, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Lead and develop the teaching and administrative teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Design and implement curriculum plans that foster holistic child development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents and the community through effective communication and engagement.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as resource planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) guidelines.
