We are seeking an experienced technical expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out fault finding and diagnosis on both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring prompt response times and high-quality service delivery.
  2. Oversee the timely completion of projects, managing project timelines and financials, including responsible system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

  4. Participate in departmental and client meetings concerning project and maintenance issues on-site, addressing and resolving technical queries during meetings.
  5. Ongoing responsibilities include overseeing regular maintenance schedules and recovery plans for IT solutions and equipment installed at client sites, as well as managing maintenance, repairs, and updates of equipment.
  6. The successful candidate will take charge of project-related activities, including the deployment, installation, and testing of equipment and systems.
  7. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow-up to ensure timely resolutions.
  8. Maintaining accurate records of breakdowns and repairs is crucial, enabling thorough analysis and ongoing improvements.
  9. The individual will be on standby for operational and maintenance issues and be ready to attend to urgent matters when required.
  10. They will assist the Manager in leading, monitoring, and motivating the technical support team, as well as lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting system defects on-site.
  11. The role involves being available for rotational standby (weekly or monthly) as per operational requirements.
  12. The Senior Engineer will create and document work instructions and fault management procedures for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
