Expert Application Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore.


Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Swiftly resolve incidents impacting users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and communicate effectively throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Identify workarounds proactively and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.

  • Elevate requests when necessary while maintaining primary contact for the user.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of SQL and UNIX platforms.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies like GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Control-M, KAFKA, Confluence, Jira, and MQ Series.
