Job Title: Commercial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leader to join our team. This role will involve leading the overall commercial operations for Ultrasound products in assigned countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing business strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall in-country operations and strategy for cross-Ultrasound segments
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead and own in-country operations and accountable for financial consolidation for Ultrasound product
  • Own funnel for SEA6's Ultrasound orders & sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • 8-20 years of consultative sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on capital equipment, imaging solutions, or related fields
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based selling environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare capital equipment sales, particularly within the Imaging sector
  • Strong knowledge of GE Healthcare's product portfolio and solutions
