Senior Product Commercialization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive the growth of Ultrasound products in Southeast Asia. As a Senior Product Commercialization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing coverage and distribution strategies for all Ultrasound segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the operating plan, manage channel partners, and drive demand creation through various promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth for Ultrasound products in SEA6.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, customers, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales funnels, forecasting, and order management processes.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8-20 years of experience in consultative sales, product commercialization, or a related field, with a focus on capital equipment, imaging solutions, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex selling environments.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills, with the ability to engage at the CXO level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
