About the Role

\
As a seasoned professional in Audio Visual solutions, we seek an expert to manage and support end-to-end project execution of visual technologies such as digital signage, LED video walls, smart office systems, IPTV, and AV network infrastructure. This involves close collaboration with internal teams, technology partners, and external contractors to ensure successful delivery and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual with industry experience and strong coordination skills. Pro-activity, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Coordinate with internal Sales and Technical teams, as well as external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.\
  • Interpret and produce schematic and technical AV drawings.\
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and changes in scope.\
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and project documentation.\
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting of AV systems.\
  • Deliver engaging product demos and end-user training on deployed solutions.\
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals.\
  • Research and evaluate new AV technologies to enhance our offerings.\
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\
