Project Coordinator Role

Effective project coordinators play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. In this position, you will be responsible for managing AV projects, which involve coordinating with clients and contractors to understand their needs and goals.

About This Job:
As an AV Project Coordinator, your primary role will be to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of AV projects. Your responsibilities will include creating accurate project plans and scopes by visiting sites, designing and setting up AV systems according to client needs, and integrating them into existing setups with internal teams and subcontractors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage AV projects from conception to completion.
  • Work closely with clients and contractors to gather requirements and create detailed project plans.
  • Visit project sites to assess needs and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Design and set up AV systems that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to integrate AV systems into existing setups.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, AV Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the AV sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
