Job Title: AV Systems Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled AV Systems Technician to join our team at the Singapore Zoo.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique wildlife and nature destination, integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair AV and control systems to ensure smooth audio/video operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for AV equipment.
  • Set up and operate AV systems for events and daily operations.
  • Provide real-time support for AV, electrical, and mechanical issues.

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Certificate in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in AV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of AV systems with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
  • Able to lift and handle AV equipment.
  • Work at Height/MEWP (Boomlift/Scissor Lift) certification is an advantage.
