Job Title: AV Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and support Audio Visual (AV) solutions. This role involves end-to-end project execution of visual technologies such as digital signage, LED video walls, smart office systems, IPTV, and AV network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV systems and be able to work closely with internal teams, technology partners, and external contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects and outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and changes in scope.
  • Tech Support: Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting of AV systems.
  • Demo and Training: Deliver engaging product demos and end-user training on deployed solutions.
  • Research and Development: Research and evaluate new AV technologies to enhance the company's offerings.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, tech support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic networking knowledge.
