We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality, and innovation. We are currently looking for an AV Installation Assistant to join our team and support our installation operations.

**Job Summary**:
The AV Installation Assistant/Engineer will work closely with our skilled installation team to set up and configure audio-visual systems for our clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for AV technology, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist/ conduct in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including home theaters, audio systems, and other AV equipment.
- Help in / conduct cutting ceilings, running and organizing cabling, wiring, and mounting of equipment.
- Ensure the proper setup, alignment, and calibration of equipment for optimal performance.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies required for installations.
- Assist in testing systems post-installation to verify functionality and quality.
- Provide support in educating clients on basic system operation and troubleshooting.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in AV installation, electrical work, or technical support is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of AV systems, components, and wiring (preferred).
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow installation instructions accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work on ladders as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with AV brands and equipment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of audio calibration and setup is an advantage.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time.
- 5 days a week
- 9:30am -6:30pm
- Closed on Public Holidays
- 14 days a year

**Remuneration**
- Basic
- Mobil allowance
- Transport allowance
