  • Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the hub.">
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, staff, and operations of the hub.">
  • Leadership Management:">
    • ">
    • Provide guidance, mentoring, and supervision to team members on their duties.">
    • Oversee the budget planning and execution of the hub.">
    • Manage the use of resources allocated in the hub.">
    • Review contracts, agreements, and funding proposals for delivery of services.">
    • Work with senior managers to ensure that resources are optimised and allocated efficiently.">

  • Develop and drive community integration and inclusion by developing programmes and services that activate and work with community partners, employers, corporates, schools, and resources.">
