Restaurant Operations Lead

  • We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure customers are served in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

Benefits:

  • Gross Salary: SGD 3,000 per month.

Working Hours & Work Schedule:

  • Working hours: 44 hours per week, 10:30am to 8pm.
  • Working days: 5 days from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Off day: 2 days per week.
